Call for bloggers

If any tenant is interested in adding blog posts as an author, rather than just in comments to posts, please send an email to the administrator. The recession has left me with little time to keep up with the blog, and if there is no interest in adding new content, I'll likely close it up. I hadn't even planned to send this notice, but noticed the lively exchange of the previous post. So here's your chance, otherwise it's curtains.

PLEASE keep this blog up! These jerks just ran another good tenant out after he complained about the loud pot parties next door. We need a voice and a pipeline to the City of Mountain View, which is already interested in what Spieker is pulling in town.
They only want Asian and Indian tenants who will just sit back and take their crap. This blog is a vital tool for us!

Two things.
Why are the doors to the doors always propped open? What's the point of living in a gated building.
Also, the rec room is for everyone, yet one unit seems to practically squat there.
Just my two cents.

I think that as bloggers, we're actually the ones sitting back and taking their crap because we can't say it to them ourselves. We actually need a blog to get our message across, hoping that they will read it... I say, if we have issues, we should be upfront with them - we might end up getting an actual resolution. Otherwise, our claims may be invalid and seem like mere outcries of our frustration because we did not get our way. I think that we should use this blog for constructive criticism based on facts not on rumors. While there are many valid posts in here since this blog started, it is sad that many others use this as a place for gossip.

POUNCE in right.
Two things:
1. The current management is far, far better than the previous. Roma and Ferdie are quick to respond to anything and have been more than helpbul. Our complaints about a rowdy apartment were dealt with swiftly and judiciously and the troublemakers are gone 9I assume that is the "rumor" referred to.
2. This blog is highly useful. Management reads it and seems to have dealt with every issue brought up. So let's use it constructively.
Speaking of constructive: could the five or so young men who camped out in the rec room over the labor day weekend PLEASE replace the tips on the pool cues. The sticks all had tips on Saturday and none on Tuesday and nobody else was in there.
